The Art of Storytelling Community Group

Wednesday | April 30th | 17:00 - 20:00

If you are a storyteller, working as a storyteller, or if storytelling is an important part of your practice, this group is for you.

This event is exclusively open to The Conduit members and their invited guests.

Agenda:

Community Dinner: 17-18

Group Session: 18-20

About the Gathering:
Since the dawn of humanity, we have gathered in circles to share stories—passing on knowledge, making sense of our surroundings, and strengthening our sense of belonging. Today, as we navigate a world in flux, the need for new narratives is more urgent than ever. Stories can connect us across cultures, disciplines, and generations—they are the bridge between what is and what could be.

This Community Group invites storytellers of all kinds—writers, filmmakers, researchers, strategists, artists, and communicators—to explore storytelling as both a practice and a powerful force for collective change. Together, we will dive into the intersections of art, anthropology, and philosophy to co-create narratives that shape the future.

Whether storytelling is your profession or your passion, you are warmly invited to join us.

Optional Community Dinner:
We begin the evening with an optional dinner, offering space to connect before the session. If you wish to attend the dinner, there is a 250 NOK fee. You are welcome to join for the group session only, or both.

The Community Group initiative will be guided by the following Founding Members:
